Open Positions With A Pool Day
Crew Member
Description:
Start a career you can be proud of, and one that will leave you with money in the bank! We are seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined individual to join our team.
Responsibilities include utilizing hand and power tools, handling weights up to 100 pounds, reading and interpreting blueprints and maps, loading and unloading trucks, placing vinyl liners, and performing concrete demo, sawing, and core-drilling. Operating a skid steer and mini excavator is a plus.
Benefits:
Rate of Pay: $20-$30/hour for seasonal work period.
Crew Foreman
Description:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee all crew members and onsite activities. Responsibilities include understanding project scope, daily progress updates, attending pre-construction walkthroughs, performing quality checks, and digging 4-6 pools monthly.
You will coordinate with plumbers, electricians, and concrete subs, complete punch list items, ensure site cleanliness, track material loads, and perform final walkthroughs with the Project Manager.

Excavator Operator
Description:
We are always hiring experienced excavation operators and subcontractors. Responsibilities include operating excavators for pool digging, ensuring precise excavation, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. Candidates should have strong mechanical skills, blueprint reading ability, and experience with pool construction. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential.

Office Staff
Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a key liaison between our clients and our company. Your primary responsibilities will involve handling phone calls and assisting customers at the counter.
Requirements:
• Proficiency with Excel
• Polite and Friendly Customer Service!
• Familiarity with QuickBooks a Plus
